After you have made contact with your prospect or customer you will be able to articulate the detail of an opportunity and manage the day-to-day activities (quotations/business proposal/sales forecast etc) through the sales project module and right up until the point you have won the sales contract.

Every version of our tool allows you to carry your data
with you. A ‘Briefcase’ mode permits synchronization
with your server from anywhere you can see it over a network or Internet.
When you disconnect, a full copy of your data is on your
laptop and you can work seamlessly wherever you are. Any
changes you make will be uploaded whenever you next connect
to your server and because it is only the new data that is synchronized the time needed is minimal.

Account Manager embodies a complete sales management methodology

The Personal Edition of Account Manager is currently £69/$130 and both the collaborative Peer-to-Peer and Team Server editions are available on a subscrription license.
We have done this so we can share risk in your decision making on if Account Manager is the right sales tool for your company or not. After the 30 day evaluation period has expired the minimum order commitment is simply 1 user for one month and if you are not satisfied with the results you are getting you can simply export the key data out of Account Manager and stop paying your subscription based license.
You can opt to pay an annual subscription just at anytime, simply let us know you would like to do so and we will forward you an electronic invoice. |

5. Protect your investment |

Even with our £69/$130 Personal
Edition, we recognize that the time you spend learning a
tool represents a very real investment. That’s why
all of our versions use the same front end client.
Once you have learnt a module you can use it on any Edition.
If you upgrade from Personal Edition to Peer to Peer, for
example, we estimate the transition time is 10 minutes – FOR
THE WHOLE COMPANY!
As your company grows, you simply download and purchase
more client licenses. Each new user will benefit from the
database built up by his colleagues and be able to contribute
to the sales effort instantly. |

come together to build a complete sales methodology that is
