As a sales professional your customers and prospects are your highest priority and when they ask you or a focused sales team member to do something you need to make sure it gets completed on time. The actions module is a tool that tracks what's needed to be done, tells you when it's needed and then logs it to make sure that everyone else knows it has been completed. What's also very powerful is the fact that Account Manager can deliver compelling reports about your customer needs and help you to stay focused on the right strategy. This module will mean that you can electronically request an action, even if you, or the individual concerned is out of the office. As soon as you request an action it will automatically alert the recipient and if they agree to execute it will automatically be sent to their pending tray. When completed it then gets sent to the account history module so you will know the status at anytime and have a track record of what has happened in the past. |
