It can be a good idea to build a high-level sales plan before forecasting
any business. The Sales Plan module lets you do exactly this by simply
clicking the mouse. Tightly integrated with the Price List Module you will
reduce the amount of time needed and limit the number of potential errors.
Once the sales plan has been agreed with management it becomes locked and
the sales forecast will measure performance against the plan.
Account Manager is fully scaleable. All the modules
come together to build a complete sales methodology that is
centred on identifying the compelling event within the sales cycle,
and what needs to happen by when. |
